With more than twenty years as a yoga practitioner and fitness enthusiast, Wendy is a student of movement, anatomy and the mind body connection. Having undergone bilateral hip replacements at the age of forty, she is inspired by the relationship we have with our bodies for health and healing. A Registered Nurse, 200 Hour E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), and self-proclaimed anatomy nerd, Wendy understands overcoming physical limitations and the importance of proper alignment. Looking for a way to meaningfully merge yoga, functional training and flowing movements, Wendy has created multiple class formats including KALOS Experience and Prana Power. These classes are designed to encourage students to feel stronger, more balanced, energized, and educated when they walk off their mats. Wendy likes to challenge her students, while remaining passionate about keeping the movements safe. She would love to see you in her class!
