KALOS

Come for an experience! Prepare yourself for heart-centered, potent, and repetitive functional movements, balanced with meditation and stretch. You will leave KALOS feeling sweaty and stretchy. But more than that, you will feel truly exhilarated, victorious, strong, balanced and happy from having gone further, breathed more deeply and launching yourself into a new and empowered mind-body connection. ( This class is taught in a warm room) 

 

PRANA POWER X

A dynamic blend of Power Yoga and Mindful Cardio Movement. Throughout class your body will be working and moving continuously, while focusing on your breath. Prepare to build heat, endurance, strength, and flexibility. Leave feeling strong, energized, and deliciously well-balanced! Designed for students who are charged up for a challenge and ready to get sweaty! (This class is taught in a warm room)

 

SPICY FLOW

A dynamic vinyasa class for the intermediate student or athletic beginner. This class is intended to build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration. Sequencing is built around sun salutations, and postures are linked together to create a moderate to challenging flow.
